RETURNS POLICY
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason. The direct cost of returning the item will be borne by the customer. Items must be returned in suitable condition, without any use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. We may withhold your refund until we have received the item back or until you have provided valid proof of return. If the item has lost value due to improper use, damage, excessive handling, or missing accessories, tags, documentation or original components, we may deduct the corresponding loss in value from your refund.
EXCEPTIONS
The right to cancel does not apply in the cases excluded by law, including but not limited to: items made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised; items that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; sealed items that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery; items which, after delivery and by their nature, have become inseparably mixed with other goods; sealed audio or video recordings or computer software that have been unsealed; digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the customer's express consent and acknowledgement that they lose their right to cancel; services that have been fully performed with the customer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that they lose their right to cancel once the service has been fully performed; and any other cases provided for under applicable law.
